SAP started manufacturing food machinery in 1981. For 34 years we specialize in the manufacture of the meatmincers and bone saws and during all these years we have enlarged our range in order to meet the requirements of our customers. We manufacture machines in several models, they are all made of stainless steel or aluminum, of first made in Italy quality and they all meet the most severe safety requirements of the European safety and hygiene regulations.

Our products are all certified and well known in the international markets, characterized by a high degree of

quality finishes, dependability and performance. For so many years we have been exporting our machines all around the world, in Europe as well in South America, Africa, Middle Eastern Countries, Russia and China , by having enlarged and consolidated our distribution network thanks to a profitable and strong cooperation with our business partners who operate throughout the world.

Our new factory in the nearby of Bologna inaugurated in January 2008, is an extremely modern and functional

facility that offers a bigger working area and so it guarantees a larger productivity and storage with about 200 square meters of office.

A strong cooperation with reliable external craftsmen helps us in pursuing and keeping our usual high quality and expertise,  thanks to advanced technological and market research.

Our machines find their ideal position in the well equipped kitchen of hotels, canteens, large communities, in

the butcher’s shop and in the meat  and vegetables industry.
